Since the 1990s, the Khaloian family has been actively engaged in various projects in Armenia. Their work reached a peak in the 2000s with the development of the Hanrapetutyun 22 smart office building through Advanced Development Company. Since 2021, with the establishment of High Horizon, the family has continued its activities in developing and renting a range of office spaces. Today, they are also working on new projects in Yerevan, creating modern, high-quality spaces that meet contemporary standards and needs.
